  • Pinto Beans250 g
  • Bay leaves2 unit(s)
  • Calabrian sausage300 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Seedless Chili Pepper1 pint
  • Cassava Flour1 cup
  • Finely Chopped Cabbage1 cup
  • Salt, black pepper and green smell to taste
  1. Soak the beans for 12 hours. Discard the water from the sauce and cook in the pressure cooker with new water and bay leaves for 3 minutes. Take the pressure off the pan and drain the broth.
  2. In a frying pan, brown the bacon with a drizzle of olive oil, add the pepperoni and brown. Add the onion, garlic and red pepper and sauté.
  3. Add the beans and mix. Season with salt and black pepper, add the cassava flour and finish with finely chopped cabbage.
