  • Baked Beans3 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper3 unit(s)
  • Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Cassava Flour to taste
  • Sliced Kale to taste
  • Fried egg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Start by frying the diced pepperoni in the oil, then add the onion and brown it together.
  2. Add garlic, butter and pepper. Refo well and add the beaten beans in the blender or processor. Let it boil and add the flour until you reach the point you prefer (it will depend on the amount of liquid in your beans).
  3. Adjust the salt and add the thinly sliced kale.
  4. Serve accompanied by cabbage and fried egg, it's perfect!!!!
