- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon

- Seedless Chili Pepper1 pint
- Cassava Flour1 cup
- Finely Chopped Cabbage1 cup
- Salt, black pepper and green smell to taste
- Soak the beans for 12 hours. Discard the water from the sauce and cook in the pressure cooker with new water and bay leaves for 3 minutes. Take the pressure off the pan and drain the broth.
- In a frying pan, brown the bacon with a drizzle of olive oil, add the pepperoni and brown. Add the onion, garlic and red pepper and sauté.
- Add the beans and mix. Season with salt and black pepper, add the cassava flour and finish with finely chopped cabbage.
