Pasta Cooked Black Beans
Raw Cassava Flour
Assembly: wheat flour
In a blender, puree the beans and set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
Add the beaten beans, and gradually add the manioc flour, stirring constantly to avoid sticking and not creating lumps, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Add the chopped parsley, stir well and let it cool. Reserve.
For the filling, heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic. Add the cabbage and salt, let it sauté for 5 min and turn off. Reserve.
For assembly, take some of the dough and shape the cookies in a round shape.
Stuff with cabbage, pepperoni sausage and bacon. Ingredients that are already in the feijoada. Close the dumplings and leave in the shape of a very smooth ball.
Dip in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Do this process with all the dumplings and then fry in very hot oil.
Tip!! A pepper sauce is all good!
