- Cassava flour (I used yellow)2 cup
- Bacon1 kg
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Banana to taste
- Raisins to taste
- Bacon250 g
- Color to taste
- First cook the beans (let them cool) Then fry the bacon. Reserve.
- In a pan, put some of the fat that came out of the bacon, and sauté the garlic, onion and a little smell and coloral.
- In a bowl, place the beans and place the sauté on top.
- Mix everything and add the flour. Then add the bacon, the crackling, the raisin, the banana, the salt and the leftover green smell. Mix it all up and you're done.
