  • Cumin1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Water4 cup
  1. Take a pressure cooker and over high heat add olive oil, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, knor, cumin and food coloring and saute for 5 minutes
  2. Soon after, wash and add the beans and water, cover and leave under pressure for 10 minutes.
  3. After that time, wait for the pressure to come out and open the pan and check if the beans are already soft, if they are still al dente, put a little more on the fire without the pressure
