- Zucchini Zucchini2 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Grape or cherry tomatoes150 g
- wash the vegetables
- Cut the Zucchini, carrot and onion in a rustic way and add the tomatoes
- Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic powder
- Place in a perforated roasting pan or skillet for grilling.
- Take the barbecue and grill for +/- 5 minutes.... leave it to the tooth and give a light toast
