  • Cold milk250 ml
  • Oil to the point to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put the chilled milk in the blender and turn on the slow mode.
  2. Add the oil so that a trickle comes out and mix it with the milk with the blender on.
  3. Keep putting the oil until you get a homogeneous cream.
  4. Then put the salt to taste and 3 cloves of garlic beat for a few seconds and it's ready.
  5. If you want to use this sauce as a base to make other sauces, it's great too. I made the mustard one and used mustard powder. You can make rose with it too, just add ketchup and mustard.
  6. The garlic cream is delicious!! Enjoy
