- Boiled Baroa Potato2 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Blend the sweet potato in the food processor with a little of the cooking water and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic.
- Add the processed potato, salt and mix.
- Let it cook for 3 minutes and finish with the parsley.
