- Cassava flour200 g
- Bacon to taste
- Pepperoni to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic(clove)4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- In a pan, fry the bananas in the oil, remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan in which you fried the bananas, fry the bacon cut into cubes.
- As soon as the bacon is almost done, add the pepperoni, cut into cubes and fry.
- Remove some of the oil and add the onion, garlic and salt and fry until golden.
- Add the already fried banana and mix well.
- Put the green smell and flour. Mix again.
- Farofa ready. It's just serving.
