- Dry sausage1 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Butter50 g
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Banana2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Cassava flour300 g
- Seasonings and salt to taste
- Cut the sausage and bacon into small cubes, chop the onion and also cut the banana into cubes.
- In a pan fry the sausage and bacon, after fried add the onion, soon after the seasonings of your preference! Add the banana, flour and finally the cilantro.
- Don't let it get too dry!
