  • Grated Gouda Cheese70 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese70 g
  • Oregano, Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the top of the tomatoes. Remove all the brains from the four tomatoes. With the help of a paper towel, dry the inside well. Reserve.
  2. Meat stuffed tomato Quickly sauté the ground beef with minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and a little bit of the leftover tomato brains. Don't let it dry. Correct with salt and pepper. Stuff two tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Cheese stuffed tomato Stuff the tomatoes with lots of mozzarella, gouda and parmesan cheese. It is important to grate the cheeses so that they mix, thus bringing a delicious flavor.
  4. Drizzle all the tomatoes with oil. If you like you can sprinkle oregano.
  5. With the 4 tomatoes stuffed and ready, take it to the oven at 180° and remove when the cheeses are bubbling.
  6. Italian bread toasted in olive oil and garlic scent will go very well with the roasted tomatoes. Good appetite 💥
