Baked Potatoes with Parmesan

Cozinhe as batatas em água com sal até ficarem "al dente" ( não estarem cruas e nem muito cozidas).
Despreze a água do cozimento  e coloque as batatas em um escorredor por uns minutos

Cook the potatoes in salted water until they are "al dente" (not raw or overcooked).
Discard the cooking water and place the potatoes in a colander for a few minutes.

Distribua as rodelas de batata lado a lado em uma assadeira e tempere a gosto. Regue generosamente com azeite.
Leve para assar até dourarem de um lado, vire as batatas, acrescente o parmesão ralado sobre as fatias e volte ao forno até o queijo dourar

Arrange the potato slices side by side on a baking sheet and season to taste. Drizzle generously with oil.
Bake until golden on one side, turn the potatoes, add the grated Parmesan over the slices and return to the oven until the cheese is golden.
