  • cream300 g
  • Whole milk4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Minced Garlic Clove4 cup
  1. Pre heat the oven. In a bowl, mix the cream ingredients;
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly so you don't reach the end of them. Make them look like an accordion; (use two pencils between the potatoes to make the cut easier)
  3. Add the potatoes in a greased shape, drizzle with olive oil and over them, add the cream and a little cheese. Reserve a part of cheese for gratin;
  4. Cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and bake for 40 min. Then, remove the foil, add the remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
