- Oil3 tablespoon
- Water550 ml
- Salt2 coffee spoon
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil, chopped garlic and chopped onion.
- Sauté these ingredients for about 1 minute over medium heat.
- Add the beans and water to the pan, let it cook with the lid closed for about 40 minutes.
- After the cooking time, turn off the pan, remove the pressure and add the salt, it's ready
