Potato- Salt and Pepper, Margarine and Fresh Rosemary

Lave e higienize as batatas 
Seque e faça fatias nas batatas sem chegar até o final.

Wash and sanitize the potatoes
Dry and slice the potatoes without reaching the end.

Faça uma mistura com a margarina, sal e pimenta.


Acomode as batatas num refratário e regue toda batata com a manteiga e leve ao forno. 

Place the potatoes in a refractory and drizzle the whole potato with the butter and put it in the oven.

Quando as batatas estiverem abrindo, regue novamente com a manteiga. 
Coloque alecrim fresco por cima e volte ao forno até assar. 

When the potatoes are opening, baste again with the butter.
Place fresh rosemary on top and return to the oven until cooked.
