BACON FLOUR

M.O.D.O.  D.E  P.R.E.P.A.R.O

•	Aquecer um frigideira com a manteiga; 
•	Adicione a cebola e mexa até que fique transparente;
•	Adicione o bacon e deixe dourar;
•	Adicione os cubinhos de banana (já frita) e dê uma leve refogada;
•	Adicione o milho verde;
•	Adicione a farinha de mandioca aos poucos, mexendo e incorporando os ingredientes;
•	Verifique o sal, adicione temperos  a sua escolha.

MODE. D.E P.R.E.P.A.R.O

• Heat a pan with the butter;
• Add the onion and stir until it becomes transparent;
• Add the bacon and let it brown;
• Add the banana cubes (already fried) and lightly sauté;
• Add the green corn;
• Add the manioc flour little by little, stirring and incorporating the ingredients;
• Check salt, add spices of your choice.
