- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped mint1 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor and serve cold.
- With regard to seasoning, I suggest following your pattern of salt and pepper or another seasoning of your choice, to achieve your ideal taste. I used sweet paprika too
