- Water450 ml
- Squeezed lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Peel the apples, remove the seeds and chop
- Add the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Right after mixing everything in the blender, take this mixture to the fire until all the water disappears and it gets very consistent.
- Let it cool down, put it in jars and put it in the fridge.
- Serve with bread, cookies are delicious
