  • Aimpim500 g
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Water2 l
  • Salt to taste
  1. Peel the aimpim and cut it your way, set it aside.
  2. In the pressure cooker, put the butter to melt along with the salt, add the cassava and water.
  3. Close the pan, count 10 minutes after the pressure has reached and turn off.
  4. Wait for all the pressure to release before opening the pot.
