  • Dry Yeast10 g
  • Eggs02 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • warm milk2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar02 tablespoon
  • Milk100 ml
  • Wheat flour100 g
  1. Mix 100 ml of milk 100 g of wheat flour 2 spoons of sugar 10 of yeast, until it becomes a smooth cream.
  2. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Then add the dry ingredients and mix the sponge and the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Mix well and let rise until doubled in volume.
  5. Shape the bread into the molds and let it rise again.
  6. Bake at 180 g for 30 minutes.
