- Dry Yeast10 g

- warm milk2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar02 tablespoon
- Milk100 ml
- Wheat flour100 g
- Mix 100 ml of milk 100 g of wheat flour 2 spoons of sugar 10 of yeast, until it becomes a smooth cream.
- Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Then add the dry ingredients and mix the sponge and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well and let rise until doubled in volume.
- Shape the bread into the molds and let it rise again.
- Bake at 180 g for 30 minutes.
