- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and cream. Place the tuna with the cream and the mayonnaise in a container and set aside. Grate the carrot and reserve. On the loaf of bread, pass the pâté, add the grated carrot, tomato and lettuce at will. Pass the tuna pâté again and close the sandwich.
