- Yeast1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Heat the milk and add it to a bowl along with the sugar, salt, egg, margarine and yeast. Let rest for 5 minutes
- Then add the wheat flour little by little, knead well until the dough is smooth, cover with a cloth and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Shape the buns your way and let them rise again and bake over low heat at 180 degrees until golden.
