- Cut the bacon and pepperoni into cubes, fry well and set aside.
- For the spring salad: Grate red cabbage, white cabbage, carrots and cabbage. Wash well and set aside. Then chop the tomatoes and the green smell. Season everything to taste. I used salt, black pepper and the olive oil.
- Make the tapioca. I used the vegan Delioca Premium Hydrated Tapioca Gum. It comes in portions, each makes two small tapiocas. After you've made the Tapioca, we'll start assembling the Tapioca Primavera. Place the tapioca on a plate. Put cottage cheese, bancon, pepperoni, spring salad already seasoned and grated mozzarella cheese. Ready now just enjoy. Crunchy and delicious.
