  • Wheat flour for breading30 g
  • Pinch of salt3 unit(s)
  • Pinch of black pepper3 unit(s)
  • Sunflower oil100 ml
  • Good quality bacon slices3 unit(s)
  • Homemade potato bread1 unit(s)
  • Lettuce to taste
  • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil10 ml
  • Lemon (Galician)1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato Slice1 unit(s)
  • Homemade Lemon Mayonnaise to taste
  1. Coat the soft crab in wheat flour seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the breaded crab in very hot oil (above 180°C). Dry with thin frying paper.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, brown the bacon slices until they are dry and crispy. Dry well on thin frying paper.
  4. Cut the bread in half and lightly toast the pieces.
  5. Cut the lettuce to julienne and season with salt, lemon and olive oil.
  6. Take the already toasted bread, apply mayonnaise (preferably homemade mayonnaise).
  7. Assemble in layers: soft crab, crispy bacon, tomato slice, thinly sliced and seasoned lettuce.
  8. Cut in half.
