  • Shrimp without shell and without viscera100 g
  • Baguette bread with sesame seeds1 unit(s)
  • unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
  • Red onion1 unit(s)
  • Fresh Basil6 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • cherry tomato4 unit(s)
  • Japanese cucumber1 unit(s)
  1. In a non-stick frying pan, place the butter and the shrimp, sauté for 2 minutes, add the sliced onion, salt, black pepper, the basil leaves and sauté quickly, finish with lemon juice, set aside.
  2. Cut the bread lengthways and drizzle with olive oil, put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half and the cucumber into thin slices.
  4. Place the shrimp mixture on the bread and drizzle with oil, place the cherry tomato cut in half and the cucumber slices. Serve immediately.
