- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Sliced onion1 unit(s)
- Green pepper strips1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Water to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce (recipe already published) and bring to a boil.
- Add the sausages and cook for 10 minutes.
- If you like a thinner sauce, just add more water.
- Adjust the salt and black pepper.
- Serve with warm French bread.
