Wheat Flour (approximately)700 g
Egg1 unit(s)
warm milk1/2 cup
Sugar1 tablespoon
Salt1 coffee spoon
Oil1 tablespoon
Gem1 unit(s)
Parsley500 g
Ham and cheese300 g
Organic Dry Yeast10 g

In a bowl, put the yeast, 1 tablespoon of wheat and a little milk to make a paste. Cover with a cloth and let rise.
After it has risen, add the rest of the milk, egg, oil, salt and gradually add the wheat, stirring with your hands, until it forms a dough that can be rolled out.
Knead the dough on a flat surface. Then cover with a tea towel and place in a warm place to double in volume.
Once grown, open with a roll, fill and model.
Put it in a greased and floured shape, let it rise once more.
Brush with egg yolk, and bake in a medium oven until golden brown.
