- Milk250 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Organic Yeast (one packet)10 g
- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Crushed pepperoni to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Beat the milk, eggs and oil in a blender.
- In a plastic container, place the mixture from the blender, put the sugar, salt and yeast mix well.
- Mix the wheat flour little by little together with the liquid mixture. Once homogeneous, let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
- Unite a loaf pan with butter and flour and put some of the dough, throw the pulled pepperoni and cover it with the rest of the dough and on top sprinkle more pepperoni to decorate and grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes and then just wait for it to cool down and enjoy.
