Peach palm tartar snack with shrimp

- Hummus paste (recipe in my profile)400 g
- Peach palm hearts1 can(s)
- Clean shrimp300 g
- Deborah Tomato2 unit(s)
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander100 g
- Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
- Olive oil100 ml
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Cut the buns with a round ring or with a knife into squares.
- Sanitize the supplies
- Pre heat the oven to 180°
- Put a medium pot of water on to boil.
- Remove the seeds from the tomato and chop in brunoise
- Also chop the peach palm and the onion
- Blanch the shrimp in boiling water for 2 minutes
- Remove from heat and place in a bowl of ice water.
- Roughly chop leaving pieces to be able to feel
- Mix all the already chopped ingredients, add the juice of one lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper and cumin
- Place the sliced bread in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes on each side.
- Chop the cilantro and add to the tartar
- Stir well to mix everything, taste the flavors and set aside
- Assemble the snacks with the toast base, a small spoonful of hummus or another paste of choice and a well-centered spoonful of tartar
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil
