Teve pão pro café 🍞☕!! A receita da massa para fazer os mini cachorrinhos, anota aí: 

1/2 pacote de salsicha

1 kg de farinha (aprox.)
1 e 1/2 xícara de leite morno (aprox. 400 ml)
1/2 xícara de água morna
1/2 xícara de óleo (aprox. 100 ml)
4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar (aprox. 200 g)
1 colher (sopa) de sal
2 ovos 
30 g de fermento biológico fresco 

Dissolvi o fermento no açúcar, misturei o sal e os outros ingredientes. Aos poucos fui acrescentando a farinha e sovando a massa. Deixei descansar meia horinha, sovei de novo e coloquei as salsichas, botei pra assar até ficar lindão assim!!

I dissolved the yeast in the sugar, mixed the salt and the other ingredients. Gradually I added the flour and kneaded the dough. I let it rest for half an hour, kneaded it again and put the sausages, put it to bake until it was beautiful like this!!
