- Light cottage cheese to taste

- Flat Lettuce to taste
- Cook the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt.
- Once cooked, still in the pressure cooker, shake the pan to shred the chicken easily.
- Season the chicken with the spices and add the mayonnaise, light cream cheese, carrots and cilantro, until it becomes a paté consciousness.
- Spread the creamy chicken mixture on the wholemeal bread, add the slices of mozzarella cheese and salami, along with the lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
