- Shredded Chicken Breast | 1 kg
- Wholemeal bread pack | 2 unit(s)
- grated carrot | 1 unit(s)
- Raisins (optional) | to taste
- Lettuce 01 leaf for each sandwich | to taste
- can of corn/pea | 1 can(s)
- Sour cream | 1 can(s)
- Mayonnaise | 5 tablespoon
- For the stuffing, cook chicken breast and shred
- Put the seasonings to taste, I used saffron, black pepper, adjust the salt.
- Transfer to another container and add the grated carrot, corn and peas, raisins, mayonnaise, sour cream and mix well.
- Mount it like this:
BREAD + CHICKEN PATE + LETTUCE
and then wrap in plastic pvc film and keep in the fridge.
