Ferva e escorra as salsichas.
Depois de frias, corte-as ao meio no sentido do comprimento. Reserve.
Retire a casca do pão de forma e amasse cada fatia com um rolo até ficar bem fininha.

Em uma travessa, faça uma camada de molho, seguida de uma camada de pão de forma.
