- Oil1 tablespoon
- Boil the sausage cut into slices for 15 minutes to remove excess food coloring. Drain that sausage.
- In another pan, heat the oil, add the onion and the oil until wilted.
- Put the tomato and sausage.
- Put the tomato paste.
- Season with salt and pepper, let it boil for 2 minutes
