  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Water400 ml
  • Oil30 ml
  • Ham200 g
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  1. Pasta: In a bowl, mix warm water, egg, oil, yeast, sugar and salt. mix everything with the fue.
  2. Then add the wheat flour gradually from 800g to 1kg until the dough comes off your hands.
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes with a cloth on top in a warm place, preferably in the oven off.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin, leaving it well stretched.
  5. Filling: Stuff the mozzarella with ham, sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Brush the egg yolk on top and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and it's ready.
