  • Ground chuck, brisket or shoulder800 g
  • Ground sirloin fat200 g
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Remove balls of meat and shape the burgers by hand.
  3. Place in a frying pan or griddle over medium-high heat and let it fry until it reaches the desired doneness. I usually leave 6 minutes on each side
  4. Serve on a hamburger bun with melted cheese, bacon jam, homemade mayonnaise or use your favorite sauce.
