- Cold water200 ml

- Mix all the ingredients with your hands and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- After the rest time, cut 10 slices forming a ball and place in a greased shape with margarine and flour.
- Let it rest for another 1 hour.
- Grease with the egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
