- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- In a pressure cooker, place the chicken breast along with your favorite seasonings to cook for approximately 40 minutes. (I used black pepper, garlic, salt, paprika and chimichurri to season);
- Wait for the pressure of the pan to release, and shake it with the lid to shred the chicken;
- Add the chicken in a pot and mix the corn, the diced onion and the green smell to taste;
- Add the mayonnaise and mix until it has a creamy consistency; * I used a homemade mayonnaise, which the recipe is already here on the profile.
- Store in a jar for a maximum of 7 days. It's perfect for sandwiches and toast.
