Carne pimentas e cebola no triturador
Acrescentar suco do limao e salsinha ou coentro e temperos sal pimentao etc
Mistura tudo, faz as bolinhas
Frita com manteiga ghee ou oleo de coco
Pode congelar e guardar pronto (frito)
