- In a plate, beat the 4 eggs well forming an omelet and then pour the mozzarella and the chopped ham in the middle of this omelet, put a pinch of salt and stir everything. Then in a frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and 1 cup and a half of the omelet, fry well on both sides, fold in half and it's ready.
