Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 500 g
  • Organic Yeast | 10 g
  • Whole milk | 200 ml
  • Soybean oil | 150 ml
  • Sugar | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese | 200 g
  • Ham | 200 g
  • Beaten yolk | 1 g
  • Oregano |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, milk and oil.
  2. Knead the dough well
  3. Add the salt.
  4. Reserve the dough in a covered bowl for an hour.
  5. Roll out the dough
  6. Arrange the mozzarella and ham and close the dough well
  7. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
