  • Grated ricotta200 g
  • Margarine or butter200 g
  • Wheat Flour250 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Grate the ricotta on the grater. Combine all the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
  2. Open with a roll and stuff with braised ricotta, heart of palm, shrimp, chicken etc...
  3. Note: I like to make the dough and leave it in the fridge for 30 min. Then I open it on top of a plastic.

  5. Important detail! Bake at 180° for about 30 min. It will depend on the temperature of your oven. Keep an eye!
