- Garlic, crushed or finely chopped15 unit(s)
- French bread (use as much as you like)4 unit(s)
- Seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Spring onion1/2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Pepper to taste to taste
- Chopped medium red onion1 unit(s)
- First remove the skin from the sausage, take a pan and sauté the stuffing very well, but don't let it brown
- In another pan, sauté the garlic with a little oil, when it starts to brown, turn off the heat.
- Mix sausage with garlic
- Make vinaigrette with onion, tomato and chives, all finely chopped
- Take the loaves and cut the top of each one, leaving a small hole in the middle, place them in a mold
- Put plenty of mozzarella, vinaigrette, sausage with garlic and cover again with mozzarella
- Do this with all the breads, evenly distributing the fillings, brush butter over the breads, if you prefer, add oregano and cook for 00:15 minutes at 200°C
- Eat it warm with the melting cheese, with barbecue and any other occasion.
