- In a bowl, crush the garlic
- Add the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, parsley, center, cheese and salt to taste, and mix well.
- Cut the french breads into strips
- Add the prepared sauce to the buns
- Preheat the oven to 180°C or light the grill
- Bake the stuffed buns until the cheese is golden and it's ready!
