Ingredients

  • sausage | 1/2 kg
  • Cottage cheese (cup) | 1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise (cup) | 1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella Cheese | 350 g
  • Tomato sauce |  to taste
  • Garlic and Onion |  to taste
  • Black pepper, chimichurri and oregano |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Loaf of bread (package) | 1 unit(s)
  • Straw Potato |  to taste

Recipe

  1. First cut the sausages into slices, then in a pan sauté the garlic and onion, add the seasonings that are optional and of your choice.
  2. Put the sausages, then the tomato sauce, the milk cream, hit the salt, and leave it until it thickens, then set aside.
  3. In another container, mix the mayonnaise and the curd, until it turns into a cream and book.
  4. Now we can assemble, the first layer is the sausage sauce, then the bread, spread the cream then put the sauce on top of the mozzarella and then you can repeat the process successively, the last layer is of mozzarella throw oregano on top and light Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the mozzarella is well melted, medium heat.
  5. After taking it out of the oven , sprinkle the potato and straw on top and serve .
