I prepared the chicken, I used the chicken breast In the pan I put the oil and the chicken breast without seasonings. I let it brown.
Add garlic, onion, tomato, parsley, and sauté. Add the salt, turmeric, curry powder, cumin and paprika. I added the water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the broth and shred the chicken and let it cool.
With the chicken cooled, put the mayonnaise, grated carrots, chopped parsley and a little garlic sauce ready. And I mixed it all up.
Take the slices of bread and put that chicken pate, lettuce, tomato, if you prefer add slices of cheese.
