  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Bread4 unit(s)
  • Ham4 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella4 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. For the béchamel sauce, in a pan add the butter and let it melt.
  2. Then add the wheat flour and mix well without stopping, until it forms a paste.
  3. Add the milk little by little. And mix well.
  4. Once the sauce has acquired a creamy consistency, season with salt and nutmeg. Turn off the heat and set aside.
  5. Spread butter on one side of the buns and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Spread some of the béchamel sauce, and alternate between bread, ham, mozzarella and béchamel sauce until the layers are complete.
  7. Top the sandwiches with the Bechamel Sauce and then add the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Then put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Or until the mozzarella is melted.
