- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste

- Ham4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- For the béchamel sauce, in a pan add the butter and let it melt.
- Then add the wheat flour and mix well without stopping, until it forms a paste.
- Add the milk little by little. And mix well.
- Once the sauce has acquired a creamy consistency, season with salt and nutmeg. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Spread butter on one side of the buns and place on the baking sheet.
- Spread some of the béchamel sauce, and alternate between bread, ham, mozzarella and béchamel sauce until the layers are complete.
- Top the sandwiches with the Bechamel Sauce and then add the Parmesan cheese.
- Then put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Or until the mozzarella is melted.
