Para o pão
Preaquecer o forno. Misture o purê, as farinhas e a goma xantana. Acrescente os ovos, o azeite e homogeinize a mistura. Coloque o bicarbonato o fermento e a água. Tempere com o sal. Separe a massa em 6 partes. Faça o formato bisnaguinhas e deixe crescer. Asse em forno médio por aproximadamente 25 minutos.

Preheat the oven. Mix the puree, flours and xanthan gum. Add the eggs, oil and homogenize the mixture. Add the baking soda, yeast and water. Season with salt. Separate the dough into 6 parts. Make the tubes shape and let it rise. Bake in medium oven for approximately 25 minutes.

Para o recheio
Misture a linguiça com os demais ingredientes. Coloque sobre os pães cortados ao meio e leve a uma frigideira antiaderente para grelhar com o lado do recheio para baixo. Virar assim que estiver douradinho e só virar e grelhar por 1 minuto o outro lado
No dia de churrasco é possível assar os pães na churrasqueira
